AI pisses me off
There, I said it.
Yes, I said it.
I’m a huge fan of AI. Massive.
You know this. I’m always talking about how GPT is my creative co-pilot. Someone I can bounce ideas off at any time, on any subject, and get the most relevant answer in seconds.
And it’s not just me. I encourage (and teach) my team and everyone I work with to use AI. It’s a game changer.
But here’s what I hate.
I hate laziness.
And I’m starting to see AI making people lazy.
If I get something from one of my team members and it’s a straight copy-paste from GPT, I lose it. I know how they write. I know how they think. I know they would never use that phrasing. And when I see one idea that’s completely off, it’s obvious the rest weren’t theirs either.
Look, I’m not against using AI. Far from it.
But AI is a co-creator, not a solo artist.
You have to give it direction.
Run through feedback loops.
Sit with it. Think. Think some more.
Then refine it. Give it new feedback.
Think again. Finalize.
What you don’t do is this: Brief, copy-paste, done.
That’s not creating. That’s delegating your creativity to a machine. And it’s a waste of both AI’s potential and your own.
And that’s exactly why we’ll be talking about AI as a co-creator at the Extra Mile Session. There are still a few spots left. But not many—our max capacity is just 20 people.
Imagine being in a room with like-minded people, where you’re not just learning theory, but actually applying it. Walking away with a notebook full of actionable steps, not just ideas.
That’s what the Extra Mile Session is about.
If you’re tired of taking shortcuts and want to go deep—this is for you.
And I’m so pumped up about the people who are joining…
Several of them could easily be headliners…
If there was such thing as a headliner here.
Remember, this isn’t just another event. It’s a game plan. It’s the difference between thinking about doing something and actually getting it done.
So, what’s it going to be?
Another lazy day of copy-paste? Or a session that could change how you work forever?
I know what I’m choosing.
Carpe Diem,
Tino
