Momentum doesn’t knock twice.

I was sitting in the car, waiting to pick someone up.
Scrolling. Just like everyone else.

And I heard a sentence that made me pause.

"The moment you become arrogant with momentum, she leaves you for someone else. Everybody in the world who’s ever had momentum, knows how hard it is to get it. And how easy it is to lose it."

That hit.

Because I’ve seen it.
Come and go.
And sometimes never come back.

You can build the perfect team.
You can raise the money.
You can have the idea of the decade.

But if you don’t have momentum?
It’s like pushing a car uphill with the handbrake on.

And the worst part?

You usually only feel momentum when it’s gone...

When people stop replying.
When the DMs dry up.
When you start doubting the things you once said with confidence.

But when it is there?

You wake up hungry.
You move with speed.
Things click.
People respond.
Energy flows.

You feel alive.

But momentum is fragile.
It’s not loyal.
It doesn’t care how good you were yesterday.

If you’re in momentum right now, don’t stop.
Double down.
Do the scary thing.
Ship the work.

And if you’re not?

Start small.
Make a move.
Any move.

Because momentum rewards action.
Not excuses.

Momentum changes everything.
But it doesn’t knock twice.
