I have to write you this life hack I just created

The “Nice-To-Do List” Hack

This morning, I was driving to a meeting.

Halfway there, I got a call. Meeting canceled. Something urgent came up.

So, I turned around and headed back to the office.

Normally, I'd dive straight into my emails or Slack.

But today, I thought: “Is there something I’ve wanted to do for ages but never had the time? Something not urgent but would make me super happy if I did it?”

And guess what? There were plenty.

Like cleaning up my Google Drive folders or finally putting together that process document.

These tasks are never urgent. That’s why they keep getting pushed aside.

So, I came up with an idea and had to share it with you immediately:

I'm starting a “nice-to-do list.”

It’s a list of things that are nice to do, but not extremely urgent.

It’s my “if-a-meeting-gets-canceled-to-do-list.”

Think about it. How many times have you found yourself with unexpected free time? And what do we usually do?

Scroll through social media, check emails, waste time. But what if you had a list of things that are nice to do? Things that make you feel accomplished and happy?

Imagine a jar filled with small, satisfying tasks. Each one a little gem of productivity waiting to be picked.

Cleaning your workspace. Organizing digital files. Brainstorming new ideas. Learning something new.

Keep this list handy. On your phone, a sticky note on your desk, anywhere you can quickly see it.

And next time you have unexpected free time, instead of defaulting to distractions, pull out your “Nice-To-Do List.”

Pick something and do it.

It’s simple but makes a difference, trust me.

Carpe diem,

Tino

P.S.: Don’t forget that procrastination is like a credit card - it’s a lot of fun until you get the bill.
