The year is 2017. I find myself diving into the world of crypto.

Amidst all the blockchain lingo (and crazy market volatility), I hear a quote that truly stands out.

It actually pulls me in.

"Win and help win."

Simple. Powerful. It resonates.

This is the mantra of the crypto community, and it sticks with me. And it applies not just in the blockchain world, but to every aspect of life and business.

Balaji Srinivasan, the investor and brainiac I've followed for many years, explains the sequence of this quote: You've got to "win and help win" - in that order, never the other way around.

First, it's essential to take care of number one. That's you.

Once you're winning, you're in a position to help others do the same. And then the magic happens.

This mantra is well-known in the street culture and streetwear business I've been part of for years. The power of collaboration is a game-changer. When you win, we all take a step closer to a collective victory. A win for our culture.
